Shipping Policy

D'Yonique Fashion Boutique offers worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners.
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

USA & Canada Orders
Most deliveries within the US & Canada should arrive within 7 days after your shipping confirmation email is received.

Worldwide Orders
Deliveries outside of the US & Canada may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.

These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Tracking
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

Pre-orders & back-orders

D'Yonique Fashion Boutique aims to provide accurate shipping & delivery estimates for pre-order and back-order products, but may be limited by production delays, shipping delays, and other factors outside of our control.
